Yes — a refundable damage deposit is required for the mobile bar rental. Tables and chairs typically don't require a deposit unless rented in larger quantities. Final terms are confirmed in your quote.
Light wear from normal event use is expected. Significant damage (cracks, structural damage, deep stains) is deducted from your deposit. We always document the bar's condition before pickup so there's zero ambiguity.

If you have a larger SUV with the seats folded down, yes. The bar is 70" long × 34" wide × 40" tall. When laid on its side for transport, it's 40" wide — so anything with at least 40" of width and 70" of cargo depth (think Chevy Tahoe, Ford Expedition, Suburban, larger Jeep, full-size pickup) will handle it. Sedan or compact SUV? You'll want our local Wasatch Front delivery instead.

For peak wedding season (June–September), 4–8 weeks is ideal. Off-season, 1–2 weeks is usually fine. Inventory is first-come-first-served, so the sooner the better.
